Because each piece of PamGal Designs jewelry is one-of-a-kind and handcrafted, I want you to be happy with your purchase.

Returns

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original, unworn condition.

Please contact me at pamgal1950@gmail.com before sending a return so I can provide return instructions.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Once I receive and inspect the returned item, I will issue a refund to the original payment method. Please allow your bank or credit card company additional time to process the refund.

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact me as soon as possible so I can work with you to resolve the problem.

One-of-a-kind pieces

Each piece is individually handcrafted and unique. If an item is returned, it must be the same piece that was purchased and must be returned in its original condition.
